  • Every effort is made to produce the best bread, every bake - however, with the weather, the ambient temperature and humidity playing a part, The Sour Bros. loaves and sourdough products are subject to changes affecting their aesthetic, and in some cases, flavour profile from one to day to another - this is all a part of the enduring beauty of this food.

  • The Sour Bros. is a small operation and cannot always provide the daily consistency of products found in larger commercial bakeries. When ordering sourdough loaves or sourdough products from The Sour Bros. please be aware that the artisanal nature of these products result in some changes in volume and color from week to week.
